Bathrooms are for their intended purpose I suppose.  To have enough of them to suit both as bathrooms and otherwise unavailable safe areas may end up their being kinda expensive to provide.  Perhaps...

I just shot a match where there were no tables. The reason was people use them as handy target holders! Who knew. Steve
